Hello! I am a bilingual clinician with a dual Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport and Human Performance from Adler University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Social Studies. As a former student-athlete, I bring a unique perspective on the mind-body connection and the impact of performance on mental health.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I carry the resilience and strength of my community with me. As a proud Latina and queer individual, I understand the complex realities of navigating intersecting identities. My work is grounded in social justice, and I’m committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

I specialize in working with members of the Latino community, Latine LGBTQ+ individuals, children, young adults, athletes, and others navigating identity, mental health challenges, or performance-related pressures. My approach to counseling is collaborative, culturally responsive, and integrative—I incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities and theoretical frameworks to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you're facing anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, or performance stress, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
